I had requested non sliced bread they gave me sliced and one of the bread was nt even fresh very disappointed

When it comes to ( _serviette_ ) napkins if you put one on the table so that the fork and knife can rest on it, provide a couple (at least) for the customer to use. That should be a no brainer, one doesn't have to ask for it

Food was horrible

I ordered an iced matcha with ice aside and they brought a whole cup of ice and a quarter cup of matcha aside!!!!!! A QUARTER of the cup!!!!!!! I paid 550 for a quarter cup of matcha. Doesn't make any sense to me whatsoever. I'm truly disappointed and never again purchasing from artcaffe for that matter

Well I was with my partner I asked to order then my partner wasn’t ready so I told the guy to wait I’ll order when she was ready but my order was already out so we ate separately, in addition there was a coakroach on the table that she flicked And some of her sweet potatoes were really bad They did offer us a cake though to compensate but I do believe a lot really needs to be improved

I ordered benedict eggs, and asked for them to be runny, but they came well done. It happens all the time!

I ordered the kyoto meat balls, I couldn’t cut through the meatballs with the knife, they were hard as stone and the chef instead of replacing gave me a sorry arse plate of fruits… it was very dissapointing, even mh drink wqs at firat very diluted I had to ask for another
